Dr. Jay Grossman & Associates

I have been with dr jay for nearly 17 years now. My teeth are totally taken care of. His facility is state of the art, he is always showing me some new gadget to make my experience a little less painful and a little faster. The entire staff are the most friendly group of people I've ever encountered in a doctors office setting. Dr jay talks to you as if you are his only client of the day, making sure you get his full attention.

I appreciated the very extensive and thorough primary dental exam. I was provided much information on how to improve my bight, straighten my teeth, remove cavities, and pull teeth. I was very overwhelmed and anxious the whole time. I didn't feel a warm welcome or general sense of appreciation for my business. I left nervous and doubtful about the past and future of my dental visits and all the invasive work that "needed to be done" in order for my teeth to, in a sense, work. I understand that dentistry can be a little cut throat, but that is exactly why people are afraid of dentists and going to the dentist.

Very nice office. HOWEVER: My teeth were excruciatingly painful after the whitening, and they now have white stripes and dots on them. They look worse rather than better. I am NOT happy!!!!
