Highly recommended. I have been visiting Desert Valley Dental for nearly two years and have been extremely pleased each time. Very prompt attention, the appointment time is the time you are attended to. Every staff member have always been courteous, polite, caring, helpful, knowledgable and just darn nice. I wish there were more businesses in Nevada that had thier attention to detail and customer service attitude.

Dr. Eberle and his staff were very professional and caring. I was seen for a dental emergency same day. Based just on my sheer terror of dentists in general - I received great support and reassurance thru-out my treatment. i had minimal pain post-extraction and appreciate the expert care.

Darcy...You're the best! All the knowledge you have, at least on me, regarding who's doing what, what should come first, squeezing me in sooner than scheduled when ever possible, and seemingly knowing every other person, coming through the door by name, is fantastic!
You ARE the first and last person people see, and represent the office beautifully!
Dr Eberle was so sweet, he came to check on me in the waiting room, before the procedure, which meant a WHOLE lot to me, especially when he remembered to speak in a language with which I'm comfortable.
Thank you to all the staff, though. Your office is run as well as such a "scary" place can be run!!

Having Darcy greet me by my familiar name as soon as I walk in always makes me feel a little more at ease about being in the office. Promptly being ushered to the back makes me feel as though the staff is ready for ME, personally. If however, you haven't interacted with me previously, please introduce yourself before digging in my mouth. The X-ray tech would do well to explain the procedure, the positioning of feet and body and that little peg a little before starting. - Deep cleaning teeth that are to be pulled makes no sense and causes unnecessary pain following the visit, hence familiarity with recommended patient plan, seems advisable. - Other than those issues, I enjoy the team feeling and pleasant interaction between staff members. Staff who have worked with me do well making this VERY stressed client as comfortable as possible from start to end of visit.
