I know it sounds weird, but I had a great time! Dr. Fat is very sweet and very competent. I don't recall the name of the assistant but she was wonderfully compassionate about my back and I really appreciated that they were glad to see me and glad I had made the effort to come in even though I didn't feel so great. Looking forward to my next visit. I do miss Dr. Wonnacott but Dr. Fat is terrific. And I look forward to having this published.

Excellent Dental Care
I love Majel! She is the best hygienist ever, always thorough.
The service was excellent as usual. However, I do not feel that I was fully informed about the procedure that I was advised I needed done on the tooth where Dr. Fat discovered a cavity. I was under the impression that I just needed to get it filled and there was no discussion of my needing crown work that Dr. Fat was ordering and that it would cost about $6000.00. This is unrealistic for me and beyond my financial means so I need an alternative plan or may just have to live with the cavity. Please ask Dr. Fat to contact me about this mattat and/or to offer a less expensive alternative treament plan.t
it seems like the last 3 or so appointments I spent over 20 minutes waiting. I spent 10 plus minutes sitting in waiting area, then another 10 minutes waiting for the x-ray exam area to open up. It would be great if the wait times could be minimized as we are all busy.
Thank you for the review. We are continuously working on improving any wait time for all patients. As our days go on there are times where we do have dental emergencies and this can cause our office to run behind on scheduled patients and we are working on communicating that effectively to our patients. Magel is an excellent hygienist. I am always happy with the work she does!
My appointment was for cleaning and checking my aging teeth, and it was prompt, thorough, and as painless as any such work can be. As much as I dislike the procedure, I feel confident I am getting the best possible dental care.
Magel is always great at cleaning, giving advice, and making the experience pleasant. She has been working on my teeth for many years and I hope that continues.
Very well run office
the office is fine, but I hate the dilapidated stairway. The staff is courteous and professional.
