Coast Dental Morrow

First of all, I have worked in the Dental field as an assistant for over 15 years and I have NEVER worked at or visited an office where personal hygiene products, (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) were not given at the time of a cleaning! The Doctor was NOT personable, she only came in to do a QUICK exam and I never saw her again. I did not like the fact that I had to opt out of unnecessary treatment,(adult fluoride, oral cancer screening, panoramic x ray) over and over again otherwise I would have been charged! The hygienist was nice and she did do my cleaning the same day, which is what I expected. Overall, I was not impressed.

Dental Services provided by the physician is OK! However, at this location they add in too much stuff instead of providing you with affordable services that you want and can afford. WHEN I SAY THAT THEY ADD TOO MUCH - - they are desperately trying to make money off of their clients!!!! They also try and charge you for FREE services.I advise that you speak with an Insurance Representative to see whats covered and find out fees!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

I received an examination, cancer screening and my crown was installed. It took forever!!!! Don't know if overbooking was an issue but service should be much more prompt than that. I started to leave and return but finally they were ready. Staff is super!!! That's the real reason I sat there so long! I never met a complete staff where everyone was so friendly and courteous! Keep up the wonderful work staff!!!

It has been a very long time since I've been able to feel comfortable at a dentist appt but everyone here that I came in contact with was amazing. They explained every thing to me and broke it down so I understood it. They were extremely friendly and knoledgeable! I'm a keeper now!

The service was great look forward to returning again keep up the good work Coast Dental.

In my file I have medications that I take and the dentist gave me a prescription that states not to take it if you are on certain high blood pressure meds. I wasted $28 getting that prescription filled only to find out that I couldnt take it after reading the prescription info. 2 of my medications were listed.

Shelly is an excellent hygenist. Please keep her. Thanks for not hurting me... Heidi

Good job by hygienist, BUT, overall waiting and downtime was excessive. Appointment was for 10AM; I waited until 10:44AM before the cleaning began and with various delays I was not finished until 11:30AM

very pleasant staff was very informative and helpful. I was shocked at how high the prices were

The hygienist Efficient, was courteous, ask question and made the experience enjoyable. Please keep her and the current staff at this location.
