Crosspoint Family Dental of Lowell

Not only are the staff friendly and super great when it comes to patient care, they also do an amazing job! The hygienists always take super good care of our family and clean our teeth so well! The dentists are amazing at their job and never is going to the dentist a painful experience anymore due to their amazing and professional skills. We even travel more than an hour to go to the office when needed, just because one of the Dr's switched dental offices and jobs. Great, amazing office!!! I recommend to everyone!

I always have a great experience at Cross Point Dental. I have been afraid of dentists for years because of very negative experiences at other offices. Every time I walk into Cross Point Dental, that fear starts to disappear. I was not at all looking forward to getting my tooth pulled, but I knew I had to. Every step was explained to me thoroughly and it was fairly quick. From the time I entered to the time I left, all of the staff were very caring and kind. I will continue my care here and refer my family and friends

I am very pleased with Dr. Pesakov's hard work in solving the many challenges I bring to him: fillings, crowns, aged chipped teeth, root canals...
The doctor is conservative in offering options if possible. He's very efficient in his skills. I'm so appreciative of his professional work on my teeth.
I smile because of him.

My experience with this dental practice has been great so farfrom the first phone call to my first visit. The employees are very plaesant and friendly and they were great with answering my questions. They don't rush you in and out.

They were attentive to my needs both physical and financial, they helped me understand what was going to happen during my dental procedure (tooth extraction and bone graft) and what would be covered by insurance, they were friendly and eager to make sure I had a great visit. Dr. Urban and his assistant Lorena did a great job pulling my tooth and the front desk staff, Rena and Jaclyn, were super helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Every three months I am Scheduled for a cleaning,my hygenist is stephanie. she is a wonderful caring and compassionate person.she educates you on good oral hygene and she takes her time when cleaning,she does not rush you thru and she is VERY THOROUGH !!!!!! and gentle.

I felt like I had 2 cars a bus and a truck in my mouth for 2 hours. Dr P used every toy he had all at the same time with no breaks, until I accidently farted which led him ask if I needed a 10 min break. All went well.
