My Kids' Dentists

After being penalised $50 for not being able to make it to the appointment, I have decided not to come back for your services. This was close enough to my house and was convenient for me. But I found other dentists that are equally close and are more customer friendly. My appointment was on a Monday and there was no way I could give a 24 hour notice for canceling since you are closed over the weekend. I would have liked to continue here but I do not appreciate being charged for this.

My child received services from you all several months ago. I continue to receive bills from you; however, when I call and leave a message no one bothers returning the call.

I keep being told that the claims have been filed but you haven't heard from them. I processed claims, even as secondary insurance, and I know it doesn't take this long.

I paid my bills as you requested, but am awaiting a response - and would greatly appreciate one.
