Perfectly polite, even though I forgot to show up for my last appointment. I had a dental cleaning and full mouth x-rays done. The staff were great, as always. I pay out of pocket because I'm not covered for dental, and the cost has always been consistent and manageable. I am also provided with useful recommendations each time I come that pertain to longer-term dental care.
I had a minor procedure that was performed very quickly and professionally with absolutely no discomfort. The doctor and other staff are very personable. I was seated at precisely my appointed time and left the chair ahead of schedule.
The hygienist Cheryl cleaned my teeth in her usual professional and pleasant manner.
