I felt very comfortable when speaking to the staff and doctors. Everyone was nice and polite.

I was billed improperly and had to pay more out of pocket that I was supposed to. After contacting my insurance company, I had to pay way more out of pocket than I should have. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 3 visits. I don't have the time to keep calling my insurance company and then waiting for credits from the doctors office. I will no longer continue my business with Dr. McGregor and Associates. The wait time to see the doctor was well over 45 minutes and should not have taken that long.

Because of my medical conditon - chronic pain - I have a different 'take' on doctor visits depending on the amount of time I have to wait. At your place, there are several waits between different procedures and these were too long for me, personally. The woman who was helping me with my lenses actually went over to help another person leaving me wondering how much longer I was going to have to wait. Dr. Collins is very patient and understanding and I have no problem whatsoever with him or with the people with whom I dealt before seeing Dr. Collins. They, too, were understanding and helpful.

Very professional, helpful staff. Following a thorough eye exam, I received guidance/advice in the selection of eyeglass options and prices It was a very positive experience.

I was referred to a cataract surgeon and his prices were much too expensive for me. I took my husband's suggestion and went to his surgeon that performed the same surgery a year before. I was happy to find out that his prices, altho the process not done with laser as with the other surgeon, were much more affordable....so it's good to know you can get a second opinion and I wouldn't have thought of it had it not been for my husband's suggestion.

Thanks for all the caring attention to my daughter. She normally gets very stressed about ANY procedure but she stayed calm and came through it without issue. I attribute that to your approach and taking time to explain to her what was happening!
