Cathy the hygienist is personable, efficient, and gentle. Dr Lee's oral examination was thorough, and he takes a pragmatic approach to future treatment. Dr Lim's entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

Courteous from the minute you step in the door to the time you are out of there AND beyond, got a call the next day to see how I was doing.
Moreover, my insurance company messed up with my coverage, the office manager 'fixed' the problem where an average person may have given up and directed his/her anger towards the patient (seen that before elsewhere).

The typical service in this office is top-notch. Everyone, including Dr Lim, is always so concerned about your comfort. I have moved out of the area, but I will continue to come back to this office. My husband, daughter, and I love the fabulous care Dr Lim has given to us throughout the years.
