I love the staff at Oak Creek Dental. They are fantastic with kids and very patient especially with my 7 year old boy who asks a lot of questions and doesn't like to sit still. My kids are excited for there appointments so they can see the staff. Very professional staff from the dentists all the way down to the receptionist and office staff. I believe you couldn't find a better dental office.
Cost is very high a person should be able to do payment arrangements. With the Economy/Insurance companies so messed up seems like the consummer always gets the shaft!. That's why a person can't take the care they should with themselves. Service is good just can't afford to get the service!
I was very impressed with the curtious employees and how helpful they seemed. I was not impressed with the time I had to sit and wait when I first arrived for my appointment.
As always the staff was prompt, courteous and considerate making it relaxing and not something to be dreaded.
