Great Grins for KIDS - East Portland

You are all so great. Very good with kids of all ages. Everyone is friendly and patient.

My son was well cared for during his visit. The staff was very friendly and the dentist went to great efforts to insure all our questions were answered.

We have been taking our daughter here for a couple years and have had great treatment and attention. Yesterday was my 2.5 year old sons first appointment and they did AWESOME at testing his boundaries and not pushing beyond.

Hayden was. Dry nervous about the dentist and it hurting but after the dentist talked to him he felt more comfortable about everything.

Update:
There seemed to be a miscommunication regarding the issue about my cleaning appointment. The dentists thought my teeth were already cleaned by one of the staff members but the staff member thought someone else was going to do the cleaning. Great Grins called me back and apologized, which I thought was very nice of them. They even requested that they would be happy to clean my teeth. Everyone makes mistakes, and miscommunication happens a lot. I'm glad they called me back in!

I went in for an appointment for cleaning my teeth but apparently the person did not clean my teeth - only flossed and removed some plaque and I was out of there less than 10 minutes. I was confused because one of the dentists said I did not need "fluoride" and a clean, which left me unhappy.

The service and staff at Great Grins is always fast, cheerful, and informative. Dr. Meutschler is always respectful, and explains every step along the way. It has been a great experience for what can be sometimes scary when they have had to have fillings or a tooth pulled. I have recommended many people to this office.
