After a miscommunication (probably mine) and me bringing the vehicle a day early, Atlantic did the work the day I brought it and returned the vehicle that day. This meant that I did not have to make special arrangements to pick it up a day later. They did it without me asking and was a pleasant surprise. Another example of why I take all our cars to Atlantic.

Great service. Friendly, attentive staff. Thorough explanations offered from beginning to end.
My car was serviced exactly as I had requested, on the date I requested. I was notified promptly that an additional problem had been found, and the reasons to have this problem corrected were explained thoroughly. Maintenance and repair were completed in a timely manner, and when I went to pick up the car the bill was explained to me in detail, so I knew exactly what I had paid for. There were no surprises, and any questions I had were answered completely and courteously. Thank you!!!
