Mark Pardo Proteges

I had a great haircut from a fairly new to the program protege stylist. She has incredibly deligent and really listen well to me and my hair needs. I loved the amount of time she spent on my bangs and they look the best they ever have!

Kylie was awesome!! Too bad she's moving up soon:(

Such an awesome job. Autum listened to what I wanted my hair to be like and she did her own variation of it. I have to say it looked great. I am glad to have found a place I can go back.

If you are in need of services for curly hair the expertise is not here. The guidance for color and cut is wonderful, however, understanding the needs of those of us with curly hair is no longer a strength. The consultation didn't go as I had hoped and looking back I should have realized that the guidance was incorrect. I have had great experiences in the past with Proteges. When I asked I was told that the stylist who oversees Proteges is an expert in color and people are traveling from across the city to see him. I would like to see a greater emphasis on meeting my needs, I don't fit that mold.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the way my cut turned out and I love the way she cut my bangs! I felt more time could have been spent on the consultation portion but the stylist warmed up throughout my visit.
