Being a patient of Dr. Shepard for the past 28 years, I still would not go anywhere else for my vision.
Dr. Hardy and staff are professional, friendly and caring.
As usual, I was able to get an immediate appointment due to my medical emergency. The office staff, especially Toni and Kimberly were kind and sympathetic to my problem. Jarod answered my questions in a well informed manner. And of course, Dr. Jacobs calmed my fears, diagnosed my problem, answered my questions, recommended treatment and calmed my fears in his usual kind, patient, and intelligent manner. That man knows his stuff! Overall I left that office well informed and less stressed than I was prior to my appointment.
Dr Jacobs was great.He helped pinpoint the problem and could not have been nicer.Jaret was also great and very professional.

One year of glasses, twice broken without cause, told they don't hold up well. well why did you sell them !
Dr. Jacobs was very knowledgeable about my condition, which I understand is pretty rare, and had already reviewed all my records by the time I arrived. I was very nervous about getting a new eye doctor, but am relieved to have found such a great one!
Dr. Shepard and the office staff were all awesome!
Great staff. Excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone who needed an optometrist.
