Dr. Pipkin was very reassuring the day after I had cataract surgery. Thank you! The optician spent quite a long time helping me pick out a pair of sunglasses as well as reading glasses. I think I would have been annoyed with me, but she was so patient and extremely helpful. Great employee. Thanks to the front desk staff as well. Every time I've been in, they have been welcoming & helpful. I also can't leave out the other eye care staff who have also been so helpful & knowledgable. Always great people there. My only suggestion is that the front desk office gal speak slower when answering the phone. I had called before my appointment to let them know my contacts weren't working out and I really had to stop and realize what she had said when she answered the phone.
