Everyone is so friendly, and Peggy is so gifted an personable, I will not go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed, Europa always goes over and above to make their clients comfortable and valued!
I scheduled an app with Lisa (I have seen her for years) for 10:45am on 7/12. While on the phone scheduling, I put the info into my cell phone as I do all my appointments, and repeated the info back to the girl a total of 3 times and she confirmed 1045am. When i showed up, I was told the appt was for 1015. I am moving to Neb,so this was my last time to see Lisa for a long time. They gave me an appt with another girl, and charged me $10 more ($50) saying she charges more. When asked if this was ok, i said no, but they made me pay it anyways. (with tip $60)While she did not do a bad job, Lisa does better and takes more time, this girl seemed rushed. for $60 I expect alitle more than a 25 min h/c. At best i will make it back to CO once a year, so i doubt you will care.

I had my third massage with Linda yesterday, and as always if was fantastic! Linda is a skilled, experienced therapist who provides an amazing, therapeutic massage along with a relaxing, comfortable experience. She has great technique, knowledge, and demeanor. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation, and I plan to return regularly! Front desk staff is also a pleasure to work with.

The salon atmosphere was nice, my stylist was prompt and friendly, but I'm not happy with my cut. She did offer to make any adjustments that I would like, and was accommodating, but i was nervous to let her cut any extra off. The layers are very choppy and uneven - which I specifically pointed out i didn't want before the cutting began. i was hoping for smoother/gradual tapering, symmetrical, bouncy layers . . . that is not what i got.
as always, my appointment with shannon was great in every way.
