Lisa has cut my hair for years and *always* has a great attitude and a smile on her face. She is amazing. To me, she IS Europa.
The front desk was very friendly. When I got there the one girl was on the phone talking to a customer, so the other girl stopped cleaning and quickly ran up to the desk to greet me. The place is always clean, lively, and inviting. That truly makes the difference.

Love the total experience at Europa: Haircut, color, and almost as much fun for me is watching all the great work being done on customers in other chairs around the salon. All the stylists do a great job -- everyone comes out looking fabulous!

Everyone is so friendly, and Peggy is so gifted an personable, I will not go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed, Europa always goes over and above to make their clients comfortable and valued!

I had my third massage with Linda yesterday, and as always if was fantastic! Linda is a skilled, experienced therapist who provides an amazing, therapeutic massage along with a relaxing, comfortable experience. She has great technique, knowledge, and demeanor. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation, and I plan to return regularly! Front desk staff is also a pleasure to work with.

Jacelyn is a very talented stylist. Excellent cut and experience.

The salon atmosphere was nice, my stylist was prompt and friendly, but I'm not happy with my cut. She did offer to make any adjustments that I would like, and was accommodating, but i was nervous to let her cut any extra off. The layers are very choppy and uneven - which I specifically pointed out i didn't want before the cutting began. i was hoping for smoother/gradual tapering, symmetrical, bouncy layers . . . that is not what i got.
