My experience was very delightful. As soon as you enter, the staff welcome you with greetings and a big smile. The doctor had a great bedside manner and I was very comfortable.
I am not a big fan of glasses, however this positive experience gave me a different view.
Love the service and the amazing staff! My family has gone here for years & will continue to do so for all of our eye care needs :)

Mayo Clinic suggested Chittick and I am so happy I visited them.
They were thorough and efficient as well as very nice. I loved that they explained everything to me. I have an ocular muscle rather than an optical condition and feel that I am in the best of hands.
All services were handled very professionally with smiles. I would recommend Chittick to anyone wishing a thorough eye exam.
I appreciate the staff, they make you feel welcome and if there is a problem it is solved and you walk out happy. They are willing to help when you drop in to have your glasses tightened, or fixed. I really appreciate the Rantoul staff.

I was impressed with how little time I had to wait to be seen. Everyone was very personable and thorough during my exam. I was given insight as to the changes in my eye sight and great advise on adjusting to new glasses.
