Had ask for massage for two cashier put in the wrong number for comformation call which I never got me & my husband went they had me in this relaxation room waiting since 11:40 he got his and no one did mine I was told the front person forgot and they have another opening at 3 its 1:30 so unprofessional . Very disappointed and I was so looking forward to it :( don't think I wanna ho bsck

I wore lash extensions for years applied by another stylist in the area. I decided to try Susan at Aqua and I haven't looked back! She is truly the best and I will forever be her client!

I received a 90 minute hot bamboo massage that incorporated hot bamboo, stones, and deep tissue work. The massage therapist Teresa Burch did a wonderful job. I left feeling rejuvenated and healed. She tailored the massage based upon my needs and really worked on the tightness in my shoulders. An overall wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.

I got a facial, a massage, and a pedicure. Time just flew by. It was simply delightful!

I was looking forward to a relaxing spa environment however, it was not relaxing at all. It was very noisy in the pedicure area. I will say that Amanda did an excellent pedi.

Great atmosphere. Everything was clean, calming and relaxing. Christen was great. She was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

I received a gift card from a friend for a manicure. My appoint time was 3:15 p.m.. I was there at 3:15. They escorted me to a waiting room till my tech would come get me. I waited for 30 minutes. I reported to the closest employee, I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Shortly thereafter a tech came and called my name. She never introduced herself. She spoke a few commands,"pick a color" .."second desk"...and "2 minutes with the fan and your done". Nothing more. In a service driven industry, I would have expected more.

Services were great especially massage with Jeanie
