Reliable, fair, trustworthy, friendly, expert. They may not be the cheapest, but it's worth knowing you're getting the real story on what's up with your car. I always feel taken care of -- and after my car's broken down and been towed there on a hot afternoon, getting sympathy, reassurance, and a bottle of cold water is about the best remedy I can think of.

Service is very good, everyone is courteous and the place is like a hotel lobby. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill auto shop.
