So far, I wasn't very impressed. While the front office staff seemed very nice, considering it was my first visit, the Laser person was kind of rushed and dismissive. There was some sort of gel on the sheet on the table, and she still expected me to lay down on it. She actually just flipped the sheet over and didn't even change it. I don't think she actually changed it from the previous patient. I understand this is a Non invasive procedure, but my daughter paid good money and even a clean disposable sheet would be better than laying on someone else's "gel". If my daughter hadn't already pre-paid, I would not be back. I have higher standards and I hope this was a one time thing and my next 5 visits will be more positive.

Hi, I am a transgender male who wants a more softer facial appearance! The consultation was very professional! I felt very comfortable talking with the staff and impressing my needs and concerns. The laser was slightly painful which maybe due to the fuzzy hair on my face ,however, after an hour the warm sun burned irritating subsided although the burnt hair smell lingered for about a day! Moreover, I am excited about having this procedure done and can't wait to fully experience the result!
