Extremely nice and friendly staff. The location is perfect with lots of windows that allow you to see outside while they are working on you. Equipment is state of the art and everyone is quite adept and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Very efficient and hands down best dentist I've ever been to. Best of all, their chocolate chip cookies are some of the best I've ever had and I don't even fell guilty eating one after a teeth cleaning :)
Sorry that I was a few minutes late. The cleaning was very professional. The cookie I ate on the way out was great. See you in Novemeber.

Dr. Frandsen and his staff are really kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient when I was hesitant to have a procedure done. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Originally we started going to this dental office, and thought it was very nice, professional, and that the Dentist was good and thorough. That didn't end up being the case. Both of our sons complained for not just days, but weeks about pain following dental visits. My wife had some bridge work done, and it has been nearly two years and still experiences pain, and the dentist just has shrugged her off, saying we don't know why. I had three caps put on, to make a better smile. BIG MISTAKE! It was a joke as I had to have them re-done two times, went once where they removed my temporaries, and then was told sorry, we can't find the real ones. Ended up settling for less than a better smile, and very unhappy, but I am tired of dealing with it. Several Thousand Dollars later out of pocket, and we are all done with this office. Never offered a reduction in payment due to unsatisfactory work.
Coincidentally my son has visited another local dental office, LOVED IT! No complaints for similar work! What a concept.

I came in rather anxious. I was offered a blanket to keep me warm and that did help. Work was completed and we were on our way.
