My experience was great. The student was very attentive to me.

My nail girl was sweet but was not very good. She didn't paint my nails straight , she cut my nails before soaking them so they were not straight. She was going to file them only, I had to ask her to cut them. Overall not worth the money I paid.

My service was fabulous!!! I had two students taking care of me, and they both did a superb job. It was so easy and fun talking to them also! I couldn't have had a more relaxing and enjoyable time at Aveda before my graduation! I will definitely be coming back for all of my future hair, nail, and spa needs! Thank you so much, and keep up the great work :)

On May 16th I had appointments set up with my God Daughter for her Graduation. She had a wonderful day! I on the other hand, had an Instructor who was rushing through my mani/pedi to get back to her other duties. What was suppose to be with my God Daughter ended up anything but. I was taken after her, got through the Mani and finished the Pedi before she even got to in for the Pedi. I was glad that my God Daughter's was great! Not so glad that the Mani that I was looking forward to was over in a flash.

Very friendly and professional. Nice environment.

needed a color touchup and a trim. Color blends really well, and trim was done to satisfaction, did not take off too much. Refreshed my layers nicely

Had a student who took 2 hours to do a basic cut and still was not finished so I had to leave. The instructor was not overseeing the student and it was a terrible experience. The school feels like students can have as much time as they need. If the student is not ready to do a cut in an hour and a half, and can't even do a basic guide line cut, she shouldn't be on the floor. Ridiculous.
