Bradley was great! It is ashame he has to move on and graduate. I tried to get the instuctor to flunk him but she would not. Not only did my hair come out great, but Bradley was very polite and he listened to what i was trying to convey. GOOD JOB BRADLEY (forgot his last name)AVEDA in Metairie on Veterans blvd.

She did a wonderful job and has a warm personality!

Michelle was an amazing hair cutter. This was by far the best hair cut i've ever gotten at an aveda institute (and i've been to several). This experience also seemed more composed and pre-meditated compared to other experiences i've had at the new orleans aveda. I understand that the education program was re-vamped, and I noticed some other subtle changes while I was there. These new changes are working! It was a surprisingly awesome experience.

My pedicure was great! I was the only customer in the pedicure room & when a group of students began talking loudly outside of the room, my pedicurist (unprompted) stopped & shut the door. She respected my desire for quiet and calm. Getting an appointment between 4pm & 6pm is a great way to relax after a stressful day.

My haircut and facial were great. My eyebrows look good but she unfortunately went a little too low and waxed my part of my upper eye lid leaving me with burn marks on my eye lids which are painful but will heal.

Ali gave hi-lites to my teenage daughter and she did a BEAUTIFUL job! Really professional.Thank you.

I always enjoy my visits to Aveda Institute! I feel very relaxed and I trust the instructors who are always making sure have the information and tools to provide a good service to the customers. And I love the neck and scalp massage!

Very good service, haircut and color excellent, the stylist was very professional and very sweet.
