The service was professional. My treatment was very courteous. I have confidence it was done correctly. I will try this shop in the future for more challenging projects.

The only thing standing between them and 5 star rating are free lattes and loaner vehicles.

All I needed was a smog check, so I made an appointment and came in that Friday. My smog check was complete a half hour later for a reasonable price. The manager and the other employees at this gas station/garage were pleasant, helpful and all around nice guys. If I wasn't moving to another state, I'd keep using them for all my car check-up needs!

David and others are quite knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.

It was a small installation that didn't require an appointment. Dave assigned it right away and I was out of there in barely 15 minutes. Very satisfied.

Don't believe the time they are quoting you and the complimentary multi-point inspection service, which never came. I called ahead to make sure they can work on my car right away, and was told they could. An 1.5 hr job lasted more than 4 hrs and delayed my plan for that day. And when I called before picking up my car, and told them I'll be there in 45min, David didn't say anything. When I get there, there was a lady behind the service counter saying they are on lunch break, and acted indifferently.

BTW, they don't even bother to inspect the brake service I requested to decide whether I need it. I had my brakes' pad replaced last December at other place. Instead of coming out and inspect whether I really need a new brake service, they quoted me a full service of replacing the rotors, brake pads, etc, which totaling close to $390 including tax and that is with 10% discount on labor.

In summary, repair was good, but attitude and friendly service? Don't count on it.

The crew at Saratoga Shell always do a great job on my E500. They have been servicing my car for more than 4 years (since my warranty period ended.) They communicate well with you, only do what work is necessary and do it at a competitive price. They appreciate and understand the value of customer loyalty and work hard to keep it.

Chris, David and the whole team at Saratoga Shell were awesome. I felt like a valued customer and they took very good care both of my Mercedes and me, providing rides to work and regular updates. I highly recommend Saratoga Shell for car repairs.
