It is always terrific. Our granddaughter wants to know when we can go again!

All the people at Classic Optical are friendly and competent. My visit revealed some concerns that I had not known about and they were handled appropriately as well as some concerns I had going in.

I have been a patient of dr.Konklins for almost five years now.he is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed.dr Konklin also cares for my mothers eyes.she is in her late 70's and needed help with an eye condition that went beyond the scope of dr. Konklins practice .he was able to call a specialist and get her on their schedule right away.i would recommend dr. Konklin to anyone of any age

I had a really great experience here. The doctor took more time with me than any doctor, and explained things better than I've ever had things explained. He made a lot of practical suggestions, and was able to hold an interesting conversation about the right type of eyewear. I will recommend going here to anyone I know.

I came here for the first time needing a new prescription for contact lenses. I was able to fill out all the needed paperwork online from their website, so the processing was short and simple. Everyone was kind and respectful. They went to the trouble of calling up and getting faxes from my somewhat dodgy insurance so they could go over exactly what my vision benefits covered. The doctor was very thorough in explaining everything in simple-to-understand terms (I learned a lot!) and the salesperson gave me a detailed overview of my options without being pushy and helped walk me through the steps to get a free rebate for my lenses. All in all, I would highly recommend them!
