Process and results were very easy and satisfying
recently had a water pump failure and a very slow oil leak up in the valley of my 7.3 ford diesel. was told that the high pressure oil pump needed replacing after I had suggested that there was an o-ring leaking (1 of 4) on the oil pump. "no, the pump needed replacing" I approved the waterpump replace and told them to disregard the oil leak. I then bought o-rings online for $22 and paid a mechanic $200 to pull the pump and replace the 4 o-rings on it.
NO MORE LEAK! These folks wanted $1,300 to replace the pump. Also, one of the new waterpump mounting bolts was left loose, 1/4 inch out, and the big fan clutch mounting nut had been removed or tightened with a chisel. Not going back!
Most pleasant expierence in repair shop since moving here from Corpus Christi 5yrs. ago. Friendly and effective front staff. The techs explained problems and any ramifacations with pleasant attitude, especially for mechanics. The tech that did the work is the person that explained the problems and solutions. I felt like I was back in Corpus Christi with shops that I've dealt with for decades.
Staff is very pleasant. Shop and bathroom is very clean. Competent techs. Fair prices. Best repair expierence since coming to Houston 6 yrs. ago.
Was just an oil change, but I do love to support the small businesses so I will return for the scheduled maintenance. You can't be in business very long without good customer service ...

Good quick oil change service that cost less than the oil and filter I would buy if i did it myself.
