Hired (because individual dental insurance is prohibitive) Dr. Manhard to first clean, take digital x-rays and review. Talked with him about my needs, past dental experiences, and his experience and medical philosophy. Based upon that, went ahead with him to correct a very botched (by a previous dentist) root canal. His surgery was fast, felt thorough, careful, and he kept me well-informed during and after the procedure and follow-up. Price, while everyone seems high for my current ability, was in line with other dentists of his caliber. He was on time, every time. Office, equipment, clean; front office scheduler Colleen personable without pretension, takes good care listening, handling estimates and billing. Will I return for the "big jobs"? Absolutely.

Dr. Manhard is an excellent dentist and a fine person. I have been a patient of his for many years. .in fact, I 'followed' him from his previous office, which was a LOT closer to my home. That is saying a lot, as I have been fearful of "the dentist" since childhood.
I highly recommend Dr. Manhard, for his skill and easy going manner.

It is not the 'quality of dentistry' I have a problem with. It is the 'honesty' of the office staff. HOW would YOU feel, after having stood there, face to face with them, where they told you; "Your insurance will pay for 100% of this procedure, you just need to pay a $50 co-pay". . . you pay the co-pay, have the procedure done and a month later you get a bill for $227 !?! . . AND they are being nasty about 'collecting' it !
Sorry, that feels like "bait & switch" to me AND. . lying, cheating and just dishonest business practices. I have got a feeling I will NOT be using these folks again for my dental needs. It is too bad, as Dr. Manhard is a nice, competent man. But, I am feeling screwed. Your mileage may vary.

Dr. Manhard is the BEST!! I have always been afraid to have Dental work since I had many horrible experiences growing up. Still at 25 yrs I get nervous but Dr. Manhard is amazing! I will not go with anyone else. Ill be moving soon but I will fly down to see him, that's how well my experiences have been in this office.
