Westlake Family Dentistry

I've been avoiding the dentist for some years now, mainly from moving so much but also fearing the worst! Cavities!!! These people made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They have tea or coffee if you'd like while you're waiting (which is never very long so drink fast!), and they give you little take home goodie bags after cleanings! Everyone talks to you to get to know you and treats you like a friend when you go back. The work I got done was a cleaning, 2 fillings and one resurfacing of a chipped front tooth. I had no pain and combining the 2 sessions it only took 2 hours!! Also, they were offering free whitening trays with this coupon i found! AWESOME!!! This is definitely my new dentist!!

I have always felt 100% cared for from Alexa in the front office who takes care of every detail from the scheduling of my appointments to explaining to me what my complex treatment plans mean and how they work to MY benefit. Next is Sandy who has always greeted me with a smile. Her genuine interest in me and my family is comforting. Her words of encouragmenet, firm and wise advice re: proper care of my teeth and gums is spot on. My comfort and health is clearly very very important to her, Alexa and Dr. Sievert. What an awesome team of professionals. It is clear to me that Dr, Seivert has set the bar extremely high. He leads by example. Just when I thought things can't get any better Dr Sievert proves me wrong.
