After hours of research on local (Lake Oswego)Dr's, Dr. Sievert looked like the best. I continued my search looking for something bad and wrong.You name it...Google, Backgrounds including Malpractice etc. ...I did not find it.I did find 5 star testimonys. So I went in to the office still looking for anything bad and wrong ...it was not there.I knew I most likely found a Dr and support staff that performs at a high level. After I arrived I was met by Alexa, a very good first impression. Personable, efficiant and professional comes to mind.I was impressed with Dr. Sieverts background and after the intial hour long intake with him I felt secure. Next was Amy as I sat for X-Rays. I received the same high level of care and concern from Amy. Next was Dr. Sievert as he and I reviewed all 18 X-rays in detail. Next up he performed my first in depth exam with Amy at his side. He explaind every single move he made BEFORE he did it.I could tell my comfort was very important to him.
I have a ton of work required due to decades of neglect on my part. I know I'm in great hands...literally. I have xtremely high expectations. My first appointment is 9/29/2011. Stay tuned.

Everyone at Westlake Family Dentistry is kind, friendly and professional. I find it hard to believe that I look forward to having my teeth cleaned, but I do!
I love that Alexa, the receptionist, and all the staff, remember my name, and say it right, every time I visit, without having to look at my chart. Also, the Dr really listens to my concerns, and addresses every single one of them during my exam. He fully explains every part of the exam, and gives me time to ask questions without things in my mouth. Prices are super reasonable too, even after what my insurance pays. I'm so glad I switched dentists!
