Driver's Auto Repair - Store #104

I had to get a lot of items taken care of on my car. Thank God for extended warrenty. From the time I enter the door till they completed my car, Bryan and Kevin at the Jones Rd store was helpful. To check out the car was free and then they go over each item, not just the bottom line of pricing. Also I get to bring the car back in 3 days to make sure everything is running right. Great Job to the mechanics and management. Customer for life.

After quoting me a price, they called and said the parts store told them a wrong price and I had to pay the diference.They should honor the first quote.Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the work and professionalism.

I got a synthetic oil change and was very pleased with the service and staff. I will definitely continue to use them for my future vehicle needs.

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. The technician discovered a serious problem with my radiator. They showed me the crack in the radiator and the evidence of leaking. They replaced my radiator in a timely manner and it was New year's Eve to boot!! It's much better than being stranded with a blown radiator.

I was always my SUV back you guys. This was the best experience I ever had in any shop I been to. I will be back soon to get more work done on my Yukon.

I went in for my trucks yearly inspection sticker and waited about 30 minutes....which
was not so bad, but I had to return to the
garage after I noticed they gave me the wrong sticker.
I was there on November 1st and they gave me
an October inspection sticker. More of and inconvenience than anything. Otherwise, nice polite service.

I was greeted at the door for my 8:30am appointment oil change. It went downhill from there. I cannot summarize in 250 words or less my dissatisfaction with this location. All together this was the single worst trip for an oil change I have ever been on.

Services was fast and great.

The entire crew was great. They are very experienced and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
