Amazing dentist!!!! I am so grateful to have found him and the staff is awesome as well. I have already recommended him to several friends and family members. There are tons of dentists but in my experience, not many make you feel completely comfortable and trusting in their ability. I had a very bad experience with a previous dentist which is why I looked for another one and luckily I found Dr. Isaacson. I had no worries after my first visit with him which is saying a lot considering what I had recently been through. He fixed my teeth and my smile. I am so very happy with the results. THANK YOU

I needed to switch dentists because I moved from north Edmond to nw okc. My husband read reviews about Dr. Isaacson's office and had me go there. They definitely live up to great customer service! They are personable, professional, they explain what they're doing to make you feel comfortable. They don't treat you as a number, but as an individual.

I regret not reading the negative reviews first.
I prefer to do business with professionals who focus on client satisfaction, trusting profit to follow.
However, I overheard the Dr tell the hygenist that she needed to meet her "goals". This raised my suspicions.
Immediately afterward, the hygenist recommended that I have a LOT of restorative work done.
I'm not comfortable with that at all.
During my procedure, the Dr did not take the time to administer the anesthetic injections himself, instead leaving this duty to an aide. My gums were not numb when the Dr returned to begin the procedure. I protested that the injections had "missed" the nerve & asked the Dr to give me another round of injections himself, which he did. I am not pleased that it took two rounds of injections to get the job done, as I HATE dental shots.
I also had dental whitening trays made & returned to get them later. Instead of escorting me to an exam room & checking the fit, the staff handed me the box and told me to go in the rest room & "see if they fit".
First, a rest room is NOT a sanitary environment.
Second, how would I know if the trays fit?
I expected the staff to evaluate that.
Needless to say, I won't be going back.
Your team was able to move my appointment up to get me back to work for an important meeting. Service is always top notch and the employee staff are so very kind. I just wish Dr. Joe was in my current network.
