Booked a root touch up, high lights and low lights on my long hair. Was told it would cost $175-195. I paid almost $200 and walked away with roots touched up and high lights to only the front top and side of my head. Very upset but figured maybe Jenn did not understand what I wanted. Decided to try again and went back for a touch up last week and Jenn told me it would be $35. After I got there she advised me that wa only for touch up on the front of my head! After she went ahead and put the product on my head she left me for an hour never checking on me once! My head was on fire and as she was washing my head she advised me my hair had blue in it! She put a bleach on my hair! Charged me $69. My hair has a blue tint still. Been so mad and have got no calls from the salon!

Isabel is awesome! I had a spa manicure and pedicure with her, and she did a beautiful job! I highly recommend her. The spa services at arz are really nice - very clean, very professional. You walk out looking and feeling great!

As usual, my experience was excellent. Rachel is an awesome stylist and gives the best shampoo/massage ever!!!
I always receive great service when visiting the salon. I enjoy being greeted by my name when I walk through the door. I especially like the hair cuts I receive by my stylist, Jenny. The salon is always bright and clean. The only thing I get frustrated with sometimes is that I usually find myself waiting 15-20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment, however because I like the cut Jenny provides, I don't get too upset about it.
Beth is great...knock on wood, she always gives me a fabulous cut. She is the third stylist who has done my hair there, and she is the best. My recommendation is based on the salon, not on Beth. I would give her a ten out of ten!
