It means a great deal to me that patient comfort and understanding are top priority. It was my first experience with Dr. Relle, and I couldn't have been more pleased. His professionalism and explanation were excellent. He took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. This is what drew me to stay at Wooster Dental many years ago, and it is why I bring my children. Thank you.
Best dental appointment I've ever had. Friendly, compassionate and professional staff; did their best to ensure my comfort; took their time and answered questions thoroughly. The hygenist explained procedures as she did them. Dr. Kiefer also very pleasant. My only complaint is that I'm too old to have my photo on the Zero-Cavity Club bulletin board! I will be back. :-)

Always kind, friendly, attentive and professional. One of the other things I appreciate the most is when my appointment is at 9 a.m. I get into the chair at 9 a.m. I've never had to wait, and that is appreciated. Other medical offices should take a lesson.
I always have a good experience with Dr. Kieffer... I don't know Dr. Relle.
Dr. Kiefer and staff were patient and persistent during a difficult dental procedure. The goal was achieved.
