My hygienist, Jan, is awesome! My whole family loves her! She is gentle on the teeth and mouth but does gets our teeth clean. She is knowledgable and friendly, always with a smile on her face.
Highly safisfied. Since I live an hour from Wooster I probably wouldn't recommend my dentist to anyone living in Mount Vernon. I would if it made since to do so.
As usual, excellent care, friendly ...why would you want to go anywhere else??? Great people - keep them !

Great staff. Flexible schedules. They get the job done!
Tammy did an excellent job - virtually no pain. However, I got swollen glands that I believe directly correlate to the work that was done. My primary care physician prescribed an oral antibiotic and an antibiotic mouth wash.
Just excellent care and very nice people.
Best dental appointment I've ever had. Friendly, compassionate and professional staff; did their best to ensure my comfort; took their time and answered questions thoroughly. The hygenist explained procedures as she did them. Dr. Kiefer also very pleasant. My only complaint is that I'm too old to have my photo on the Zero-Cavity Club bulletin board! I will be back. :-)
