I think you guys are doing an absolutely fantastic job. Electronic appointment confirmation, proactive scheduling and great staff make it a pleasure to travel back from Columbus to see you. If I had one request it would just be to let clients know in advance if they won't see the dentist that day. I think your hygienists are top-notch so it's not a problem for me, but maybe others?

Jan is a fantastic Dental Hygeinist. She is friendly and personable. She is gentle on my mouth, but very thorough in her cleaning. I don't dread going to the dentist for a cleaning. I look forward to it. I literally fall asleep in the chair as she's cleaning my teeth. Thanks Jan!!!

I?ve been going to Wooster Dental for over 20 years. The entire staff is pleasant and fun. My appointments are more like visiting friends than getting dental work done. I?ve never known a dental staff more concerned with customer service and pain avoidance. It doesn?t get better than this!

compassionate dentistry

My hygienist, Jan, is awesome! My whole family loves her! She is gentle on the teeth and mouth but does gets our teeth clean. She is knowledgable and friendly, always with a smile on her face.

Highly safisfied. Since I live an hour from Wooster I probably wouldn't recommend my dentist to anyone living in Mount Vernon. I would if it made since to do so.

As usual, excellent care, friendly ...why would you want to go anywhere else??? Great people - keep them !

Dr. Kiefer is a wonderful. knowledgable man of whom I have the greatest respect for.
