Excellent haircut, was more than willing to take more time and make sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. The neck and shoulder rub was exquisite, and the shampoo was a little bit of heaven. The most relaxing experience of my week.
I love how Aveda does everything natural, but some of their Grand stylist pricing is way too expensive. I started with a new artist to get the services done at a more affordable rate, but now he is a grand stylist so I don't know how much longer I can afford to keep coming with him. I think they should honor the same prices that you start with a stylist. It's not fair that it gets more and more expensive if you have been a loyal customer.
Kayla was fantastic! She did a great job and have me the confidence to change up my normal style. Love my new hair!
