It was ok. This was the second time there. I went back because i enjoyed my firat visit with the hairstylist. I asked for her again. The second visit was a disservice. The hairstylist was in a rush to get my hair done. Even the wash was haphazard. I am contemplating if I want to return for the next appointment.

Tracine is great! Super professional, super nice, and super fast. Cut and color look great.
The only reason for four (rather than five) stars is that I made the appointment using an email I received for a complimentary cut with purchase of color. I let them know this in advance when I phoned to make the appointment, but when paying, I was charged for cut + color. I told them again about the email I received and they made me show them on my iPhone before adjusting the price.
If you're going to send clients promotional emails, there must be a better way to track that when a client makes an appointment. Being asked to show the email after I already discussed it when making my appointment was embarrassing, like I was trying to pull a fast one.

Amanda did such a great job correcting some bad highlights and I am so happy with my results!!! The services were a bit pricey, but worth the money!

My new haircut looks great as usual. Lots of people give me compliments after I get a haircut from Kelsey.
