I stopped by the shop and was greeted by the Shop Manager before I could reach the office. He immediately jumped into the truck with me to see if he could hear what I was hearing. We didn't get around the block and he had correctly diagnosed the problem as U-Joints probably being bad. We pulled back up to the shop and he had it immediately put up on the rack. Once he confirmed that at least two of the joint were bad he recommended that all be replaced. I agreed.

Their work was quick and professional and I really appreciated the knowledge and initiative of the shop manager. The reason I only gave it 4.5 stars vs 5 was as they got into it, they realized the carrier bearing was also bad and replaced it. My only complaint is I wish that they had come and talked to me and let me know. Without question, I would have approved it, but more importantly I would have been prepared for the addditional cost.

These guys do great work and I would easliy recommend their services. I really liked the Shop Manager. Very competent and straight forward.

Great family and service. I've known Jody all of my life. But the repair was not done properly. The fan works now, but the heater still does not work and the ac is not cooling like it should. I'm going to have to take the vhicle back in. Thank you

Great service. As a tourist with a Saturday night drive shaft failure I was in a world of trouble.
They got my car off the highway, helped me find a rent car and kept in touch with me at each step of the repair. (Great service)
They did the minimum repair necessary to get me back on the road and suggested I see my home dealer when I got back to North Carolina..

Fast, professional service. Vehicle taken in for service as soon as I arrived, waited for oil change and other requests; job completed faster than I expected. Comfortable waiting room, clean facility, courteous service from all personnel. Will definitely use A & P again!
