I was very impressed by the attention Mona gave me when I made an appointment for a haircut. I not only received a shampoo and condition on my hair, but also a scalp, neck, and arm massage, along with a quick facial and hot towel. I was given much needed attention and loved it!

My stylist on Saturday, May 11th was tenative on completing the haircut and needed much supervision but supervision was excellent. She also needs to be a little more attentive as the oil for scalp massage ended up in my eye, dropped combs, brushes and poked my eye with a clip holding back my hair. But I have a very nice haircut.

It's a good value. It takes a little longer than a salon but the discounted rate makes up for that. Very pleased.

AGAIN.,...your lighting is TERRIBLE....I continue to get RED in my color....when I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR NO RED!!!
This has to be due to your lights.....in the salon, it looks darker than it really is....you get outside and the truth is shown!!!
