It was my first visit, and I was extremely pleased with the service to my car. They were efficient; I had my car back within that day, and the people were genuinely pleasant to be around and speak with.
Had the clock ring on my 2005 BMW 325Ci replaced. Was charged $214.44 for the new part plus diagnostic plus labor for a total of $525.07. Classic BMW parts department says a new clock ring for my car cost $180. I asked the gentleman at the desk if they changed anything else. He said no. Never did get answer for the jacked up parts charge. Outside of that it looks like they did a good job.
They do excellent work and stand beside their warranties.
