We brought our dodge stratus car in a couple weeks ago to get it checked for a few issues and we clearly stated what the issues were in order to get estimates on how much the cost would be. We also requested for an oil change since it needed one.
We brought our car in the morning and picked it up after the place was closed in the evening to find an expensive bill for absolutely nothing that they did on our car.
We told them the issues that we had on our car and they simply checked the car, confirmed that "yes" we did have those issues on a sheet of paper, and charged us over $100. We didn't even get an oil change that we requested for. We will not be returning to Gary's.
Good work, done quickly, and with a loaner to drive.

I love taking my car here! The staff are friendly, honest, and they always know what they can do to fix it. They are fast, too. The waiting room has drinks, snacks, and even toys, ehich is great for my little one! They have free loaner cars if you need one, or they will give you a ride to home or work, too. I will never take my car anywhere else now. Thank you for being so awesome!
car took longer then expected for servicing
tires should have been disposed of last visit when putting on snow tires as not much wear left on them and stored over the winter and just have to buy new tires in another month
As usual, always a great experience at Garry's. Their technical expertise is second to none, and the customer service is the best. I would never take my A4 anywhere else.

Garry's had my back when I brought my car in for a fender bender. They gave me a loaner car and wrangled with the insurance company. I am grateful that they had my back! The work that they did on replacing my bumper was great too.
