The staff was incredibly friendly, from the hygenist to the billing specialist. Dr. Lo and his team have an amazing "bedside manner," polite and attentive. I have never had another dentist so thoroughly explain a problem and treatment plan. I will definitely be back!

Simply The Best!!!!

Unmatched professionalism, great comradery, dedicated to "your" comfort and satisfaction, an amazing group of people, that's the staff at Texas Dental.

Dr Lo, Gracie and Sandra did my dental work and they were awesome! Due to my poor dental habits as well as my poor choice of dental care providers, all of my upper front teeth were root canals and crowns, damaged, falling out and causing me great physical and emotional pain and embarrassment. I needed a dentist I could trust and that's Dr Wilson Lo.

Because of the extensive damage created over the years, my appointment required several hours of work. However, I get nervous and cried at every dental appointment. So, I could not imagine sitting in a dental chair for several hours, being injected with numbing meds and listening to tools grinding, scraping and tugging on my teeth. But guess what, I did it, no tears and it was too easy!

At Texas Dental, you are greeted with a smile by everyone. There are no surprises because everyone explains what will happen before hand. Gracie is one of the assistants that helped Dr Lo. She is charming, gentle and patient with you. Dr Lo is a blessing to me. He is truly the best dental care provider I have ever encountered. He also, explains everything he does before hand. As for pain, there was none for me. Dr Lo numbed my mouth very well and kept it that way for the entire procedure. In fact, I had my IPAD with me, so Gracie let me use her headphones to listen to my relaxing Jazz music as Dr Lo worked on my teeth. I can't explain what he did because it is , as he says "an ancient Chinese secret" . However, I can tell you that I left Texas Dental with the first true smile I have had in years. As expected, my work did require several hours. Yet, at the end of my appointment, I found that Dr Lo, Gracie and the receptionist had all stayed over to complete my work. They did not have to do that. He could have easily cut my work short and rescheduled me. But I believe Dr Lo can empathize with the distress I have been in. And he wants to help me have the nice smile I have always wanted. Dr Lo even call me later in the day to ensure that I was still doing fine and not having any pain. I personally believe in the power of prayer and I believe Dr Lo is God's answer to my request for an experienced, trusting dental care provider.
As for cost, with Dr Lo, the quality of work, far out weigh, the cost.
Thanks again Dr Lo, Gracie, Sandra and ALL the staff at Texas Dental. You guys are truly, Simply the Best!

hygienist said only 1 dental exam needed per year...so it is skipped. rest okay.

This is the best dental office I've ever gone to and never plan to go anywhere else. I just wish I had found them many years ago.

Texas Dental is always great!

Dr. Ricci is awesome; I had an emergency root canal that he addressed off business hours. I was in severe pain.

His staff is very professional. I highly recommend his office to new patients.

Good & courteous

Excellent treatment experience; Dr. Ricci is extremely empathetic to patient issues, yet very conservative in suggested treatment approaches. He takes the time to explain everything in infinite detail and address all patient questions and concerns. His assistant Julie is also very knowledgeable of patient treatment and status and does a great job of putting patient's at ease and ensuring minimal discomfort.

I was impressed. Everyone was very nice. All seemed to apprciate my business and all seemed to have a pleasant sense of humer which lightened the experience. Dr Lazaris was great, explained everything very well and performed the extraction proceedure in a very proffesional manner.

Dr Lo and his crew are excellent. I cannot rate them high enough, and will continue to be his patient no matter where in DFW I live.

Seems like the quote for my crown is very, very high. Will have to check around.
