Sterling Automotive Repair

Sterling has completed numerous repairs on my car including replacing engine coils, spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, brakes and cleaning fuel injectors. Sterling was able to diagnose and fix a problem that 4 dealerships were not able to fix, before I met them. They are patient, professional and very knowledgeable about both foreign and domestic cars. They did not try to pressure me. They were honest about the work that was needed and allowed me to make my own decisions. Their prices are very reasonable. In fact, they saved me from having to buy a new car. They have my car running like new - and it is more than 10 years old. I highly recommend Sterling. They are fantastic!

I got a free oil change coupon from the Good Shepherd Preschool Golf Outing (that's awesome that you donated to my child's preschool!). The people were friendly and the oil change was fast. At the dealership when I get an oil change they go through all the things that they checked on my car (fluids, tires, etc) so I would have liked that if someone did that.

Fonda tells it like it is when you go for a repair. He gives you recommendations for work that should be done, but there's no pressure to do it. I recently took my wife's car for a tune up. He didn't pressure me to do all the repairs suggested (many service places will make it sound like you are driving a death trap if you don't do it now). Then i needed brakes done on my car. He was straight forward and told me the front brakes were totally shot and had to be done, but didn't pressure me when I wanted to wait on the back brakes.

It's hard to find someone that's really straight with you and doesn't try to take you for everything they can. Work is always done quick and he's genuine and grateful to his customers. I feel very welcome in his shop and I don't feel robbed.

I was pleased that you were able to fit in the service on my car the very same day that I called. Since the service was for the A/C, I haven't really had a chance to "test it out" since the weather has been cool, but I'm looking forward to being cool this summer.
