I love Engle Automotive. They have always told me what needs to be fixed and exactly how they will need to do it. I hardly have ever had any surprises in cost from them and when I have, they have informed me well in advance that it might happen. I have never had to take back something which they have worked on and have it re-done unlike most places I used to go to.

Fast friendly service, thought I would have to wait longer

We've used Engle Automotive for our auto repairs for several years ~ they're honest, reliable, knowledgeable and stand by their work. They provide friendly customer service and do what they say they're going to do. It's hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust these days ~ I highly recommend them to family and friends.

This is by far the best automotive facility I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are fair in their pricing and they do the work that you require and look for any other issues as they go along. I appreciate their honest and straight forward approach. Kristi, their service representative is really good at listening to what your needs are and making sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. I was very pleased and impressed with the thoroughness of the service, ensuring the fluid was completely clean before closing everything up. Thank you for replacing the broken knob on my headlight switch - I was actually going to glue it back together when I got home but didn't have to. Thank you also for being so accomodating with my apointment schedule and arranging for me to be able to pick up my car after hours. I just couldn't get there before closing. Everything done in a day which is always nice.
