Normandale Village Dentistry

I wish Dr Schroeder would smile more. When does he not have a smile for you?

Let me begin by saying I hate going to the dentist. But my sister recommended Normandale Village Dentists and everyone was very friendly. They made the experience not as bad as I was dreading. I actually feel confident that they will take care of my dental problems -- so much so that I would recommend to nayone thay should go to Doctor Schroeder.

Don't want to cause any negativity, but I it was unusual this last visit that I had to call back to get someone's attn.

I had arrived a few minutes late, and there was no one at the reception. I popped back to my car thinking I'd forgotten something, came back and still no one. Waited a bit, but became aware of the time and that I had a mtg to make. So, I got their attn by calling back. Paulette did a lickety split, but thorough job of cleaning my teeth - I appreciated that. However, there wasn't time for me to be seen by Larry and my insurance pays for 2 visits a year.

I'm sure it's ok, but I suggest some kind of a buzzer or bell so that the busy staff can be aware of reception area concerns. I promise not to abuse! :)

See you in the fall -- oops, don't think I filled out the card. Can someone please take care of that this time? Thanks.

Love the staff! Dr. Larry and the staff have been great for me and my kids!

The Dr was impatient with me. He seemed in a rush and was not the nicest to his staff. The dental assistant and the office staff are nice but was not happy with the way I was treated by the Dr.

Great staff! Larry made sure I understood everything about my root canal procedure.

They were very flexible in getting me in right away after I had a tooth problem that was causing a lot of pain. Very nice and very professional.
