I have always been one of those who experiences anxiety when I visit the dentist. I have had very few cavities and always try my best to take the best care of my teeth, but the few occasions when I've had to have fillings and such, it was horrible. Part of this is because I discovered that I have a high resistance to numbing agents.
I was so impressed with my latest visit, which was less than an hour ago, that I thought I'd give a review. The procedure was to fill a cavity that was between two teeth on my bottom jaw (which is harder to numb than top teeth), and repair a crack that was on the same tooth, but on the opposite side from the cavity.
The procedure was very quick, the discomfort was minimal (Dr. Hong took extra steps to make sure that my resistance to numbing agents was taken into account), you can't tell that any work was done except that the tooth looks better than it did, and I'm constantly impressed with the high caliber of staff at Dr. Hong's office that makes the visit relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Hong's work and that of his staff.
Came in pain...left in pain. Dentist could not address my issue. I had to be referred out...kind of a waste of my time, considering I explained I needed a root canal over the phone.
My care by DR Hong and his staff was beyond excellence. I highly encourage anyone who is deciding which dentist to visit, to choose DR Hong and his very professional staff.

Excellent as usual! I always leave Dr. Hong's office now so proud that I didn't need any anesthesia other than novocaine! It's a great feeling after all these years!!! As soon as there is any sensitivity they stop what their doing and just give me more novocaine.

Great visit as always! Dr. Hong and his staff promote a friendly and professional atmosphere that helps ease any reservations about scheduling a dental appointment. It still doesn't beat the golf course, but it's not far behind!
