Doc even warms up the anesthetic to minimize the needle and I REALLY DID NOT THINK HE USED A NEEDLE...felt completely topical!

They were challenged getting my temporary crowns off, but at no time did I feel any true discomfort. Very perfessional and patient with themselves.

I had an emergency and I left a message on the vm and my call was returned immediately the next morning and Dr. McCracken fixed me right up! Hurt like heck but I'm glad it's fixed!
