This is the second time I've received a facial at Preston Wynne. It was a "total" experience -- well worth the money!

They spoiled the surprise from my husband by emailing and texting me the appointment. Service was fine. Way too crowded especially in locker room. No privacy, women way too loud for a relaxing event. Also, music outdoors when leaving was a huge wake up from what was to be a relaxing afternoon. Would go a 1 but masage therapist did nothing wrong.
Although the appt started about 15 min late, the massage was fabulous.
