The Dental Store

My hygienist, Julia, was awesome and she does a great job while being gentle to your teeth and gums. The dentist is fine- does a thorough check of your teeth. What I didn't like was that when he found a sensitive area in my mouth he continued to poke and prod it to make his point to get an expensive procedure that I couldn't pay for at this time. I heard and respect his recommendationbut I didn't appreciate the extra discomfort to prove a point.

I was, as usual very appreicative of the women upfront to get me into see the dentist with a short turn around when in pain. Problem was resolved with a quick knowledgable solution by the dentist and tooth repaired. An additional comment: I so appreciate the patience and understanding of going through my bill and charges upon departure. Good way to continue to the day.

Do not under estimate the folks up front as part of the dental visit. Both areas of expertise are critical, and there is a great team at the Dental Store.

Dr.Beard and Donna Both were very Professional in what they do.

The Dental Store has a great staff with all the latest technology. I can't say there hasa ever been a time I look forward to good ole teeth cleaning, but the Dental Store makes it as nice as it gets.

Had a great experience (if that is possible at the dentist. Dr. Scott sxpained everything and took great care in everything he did. I highly recommend him and the Dental Store.
